Enquiries

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. These fields are necessary to reply; if you prefer not to provide them through the form, you may contact the studio by email or telephone. Please do not include sensitive personal data or identity documents.

Enquiries about a possible engagement are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). General correspondence is handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the studio (Article 6(1)(f)). The message is sent to ben@benzurlevi.it and is not saved in a separate website enquiry database. Only the professional manages the enquiries.

Enquiries that do not become professional engagements are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted from active correspondence. If an engagement begins, the documents needed for its performance, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims are retained for the corresponding applicable periods. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise marketing.

Navigation and security

The server processes technical data such as IP addresses, request time, requested URL and browser information to deliver and protect the service. The hosting service provides technical traffic reports from server logs. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in service security, abuse prevention and understanding aggregate website use. These data are not used by the studio for advertising profiling.

The form uses a hidden anti-spam field, server validation and temporary rate limits. It retains only a keyed pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address, counters and an identifier for duplicate prevention, with application validity of up to 24 hours. Expired entries are periodically removed; residual copies may remain in rotating hosting backups. The form does not save the content of enquiries in these entries.

Infrastructure logs and security copies are retained for the operational security and recovery periods of the hosting and email services, or for applicable legal obligations; they are not used as a permanent archive of enquiries. Access is limited to the functions necessary for those purposes. Information on the applicable provider retention criteria can also be requested from the controller.

Providers and recipients

Hosting and the receiving mailbox are provided by Aruba S.p.A., Via San Clemente 53, 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG), Italy, acting as a processor for service data under its contractual data-processing provisions. Authorised personnel and necessary technical subprocessors may access data to provide and protect the service. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law; they are not sold or published.

Aruba describes its hosting and email data infrastructure as located in Italy. This website does not integrate advertising networks, external analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or remotely loaded fonts. Social icons are links: the third-party service receives your visit only if you follow the link, under its own privacy notice. No non-EEA transfer is initiated by the studio through those integrations; if a new service requiring a transfer is added, its recipient and applicable safeguards will be described before activation.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in Articles 15โ€“22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to ben@benzurlevi.it. A proportionate identity check may be required. Requests are handled without undue delay and normally within one month; any lawful extension will be explained within that period.

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority or the competent supervisory authority. No automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects is carried out.
